A Note from the PAO

Hello. My name is Cadet Fagan, and I am proud to be the Public Affairs Officer for the Hoya Battalion. My duty is to communicate the excellence of this program and showcase the exceptional resources, education, and training offered at the Hoya Battalion. Many students face their greatest challenges and learning lessons in ROTC. With those difficult moments come unique memories and remarkable friendships. For this reason, it is my mission to capture the growth of our cadets throughout the years and display their unique identities. I hope this platform also allows cadets to share their experiences with family members, as the Army leadership development process is difficult for many to understand. I believe photography and videography are incredibly powerful mediums for community-building, expression, and nostalgia. Whether you are on-camera or behind the scenes, thank you for your support.
